This week, we're focusing on two key concepts: A Biblical Perspective of Marriage and Leaving and Cleaving.

It's been said that "The best predictor of marital success is the way you handle conflicts and disagreements" (Fighting for your Marriage). This week, we'll aim to give you tools for your toolbox to help you navigate disagreement and conflict in healthy ways in your relationship.

This week is all about communication! We're talking about communication style, levels of communication, the differences between men and women, and how to be a better empathetic listener. There will be a homework assignment from the book!

This week we're talking about knowing each other! We'll focus on personality types, love languages, and families of origin.
